LaDieu Associates, P.C. was founded in 1952 by A. S. LaDieu and W. P. Eshbaugh as a Surveying, Engineering and Land Planning firm to serve the residential, commercial and institutional communities of Western New York. This small size company (18 people strong) has been providing quality professional design and planning services for over 50 years. Being small allows personal service with steadfast commitment. In fact, most of our employees have been with the company for over 15 years. This means that the engineer who starts the project will be the same engineer to finish the project.
LaDieu Associates progressive approach to the latest advancements in the field is reflected in our extensive computer hardware and software. Every office employee has a desk-top, up-to-date personal computer. Software programs such as AutoCAD, Carlson SurvCADD XML, storm water management programs, civil engineering programs, and water supply programs augment our design capacity.
LaDieu Associates, P.C. has the experience to bring your development ideas or municipal improvement plans from the conceptual planning stages, through the construction phase, to the instrument survey or final acceptance phase. Our excellent reputation and extensive knowledge allow us to obtain the approvals and permits needed from all government agencies. Our experience includes working with Town Planning and Zoning Boards, Town Boards (rezoning and special permits), County Health and Planning agencies, Monroe County Water Authority, Monroe County Department of Transportation, New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and Army Corps of Engineers. |
